The present Patented invention is a cutting tool that has a body with a connecting end for engaging with a driving tool and a cutting end for receiving the work piece. The cutting end has at least one projection with a ridge defining a cutting edge, and at least one slot for trimmed pieces to exit. The cutting end has an annular inner periphery and an annular outer periphery. The inner periphery defines the space for the work piece, the projection, and the slot. The space tapers outwardly from top to bottom and has an annular opening at the bottom. The projection protrudes radially from the inner periphery while the slot extends radially towards the outer periphery. The cutting edge starts at the top of the space and extends obliquely to the bottom of the space. The body is rotatable about a first axis extending between the first and second ends of the body. The invention is capable of various embodiments and can be carried out in different ways.
